Olathe, Kansas · Serving the Kansas City metro

Terrazzo, done the old way — to last generations.

Cement and epoxy terrazzo, restoration, and floor finishing from a craftsman who has laid these floors his whole working life. No shortcuts. No pushy salesmen.

The Craft

A trade learned by hand, and kept that way.

Owner Ron Burnfin learned cement terrazzo and epoxy at age 17. Over decades in the trade he has installed and taught high-profile terrazzo work across the Kansas City area, including KCI International Airport and the Sprint World Headquarters. In 2004 he became a Local 15 Terrazzo Instructor.

“If you want the best service, you have to get the best people to do it. We believe we have the experience and integrity many others lack. We work hard to earn repeat business, and we treat our clients the way we’d want to be treated. No pushy salesmen here.”

What We Do

Services

From a fresh pour to reviving a floor that has been walked on for fifty years. We also grind and prep concrete to receive other finishes.

  1. 01

    Cement Terrazzo

Poured-in-place terrazzo the traditional way. Marble and stone chips set in a cement matrix, ground and polished to a floor that holds up for generations.

  2. 02

    Epoxy Terrazzo

Thin-set epoxy terrazzo for a seamless, resin-rich surface. A modern take on an old craft, ideal where color, thickness, and speed matter.

  3. 03

    Terrazzo Restoration & Polishing

Bringing tired, worn terrazzo back to life. We grind out the years, re-polish, and seal so an original floor looks the way it did the day it was laid.

  4. 04

    Epoxy Flooring

Durable epoxy coatings for garages, shops, and commercial floors. A hard-wearing surface that resists chemicals, stains, and heavy traffic.

  5. 05

    Floor Prep & Coating Removal

Grinding, shot-blasting, and stripping old coatings down to sound concrete. We also grind and prep slabs to receive VCT, ceramic tile, and other finishes.

  6. 06

    Floor Finishing

The final grind, hone, and polish. The difference between a floor that works and one that people stop to look at.
